Only had one lesson today - Economics.
Haven't got back any of my exam papers yet. But i'm really not looking forward to it. Have no idea what to expect really.

Anyway, for the last few days, i kept dreaming of Singapore and the clips basically. And sometimes when i'm just doing certain things, like watching people play basketball or just laughing hysterically with the kakis here, i'll just suddenly be reminded of one of them and their retarded mannerisms. Hahaha

But don't worry, i'm not depressed. I won't cuuuuuuttttttt myself and bleed to death. Well well well. Nothing much has been happening. Finished one media essay already. Have one more to go and one text to analyse. And i have English essay, which is actually like lit. I have to read a book (looking for alibrandi) and then write a compare and contrast essay. And of course, there's Australian studies! Gta do IRP on it. BORING

Have been sleeping at unearthly hours for the past few days. Have got to Stop doing that. We watch movies practically every night (last night we watched Silent Hill and Surf's Up) and tonight, i'm going to powerhouse at church!

And i finally made my fisher library card. University seems so cool, hey? Hahaha i can't seem to grasp the fact that when i'm in university, i'll probably be one of the youngest people competing with, well, everyone else.

And our trip to brisbane during term break is still not confirmed yet. People have been backing out so now only Ben, me, cherie and ria are going. That's just four of us and i somehow am pretty reluctant to go ahead with it. Hmm we'll see.

School's starting soon for most of you while i have holidays on the 11th of April. Can't wait for it. And if we're not going to Gold Coast, i can save hell lots of money, which is something i'm terrible at.

The four day break is coming to an end. It's been a helluva weekend.

Well, on friday, we went for the Royal Easter Show. It was pretty alright. Bought loads of showbags and took loads of pictures. Watched motorcross and bullriding! Haha i expected bullriding to be more exciting but it unfortunately wasn't.

On Sat, cherie and i woke up at like, 2pm in the afternoon. Hahaa and us and ben went to the city so he could get a haircut. Honestly, he looks like 3 years younger now.

Spent the rest of our time at darling harbour. i mean, WHERE ELSE yea?

Sunday was Easter! So we went to sydney convention centre in the morning for service. After that, cherie, me, nicole and her new roommate - ji hae (from korea) went to market city to SHOP :D hahaha we all bought boots. Well, i didn't get uggs although i wanted to but hey at least i was practical. Over here, uggs is fine. back in singapore? It'll rot till it falls apart. So yea. normal boots to keep my pretty feet warm HAHA not even the high cut kind okay this ain't no fashion show people it's life

Life is sooo overrated. But i hope it gets better as we go.

Okay stop digressing. and then last night! MAN UTD VS LIVERPOOL. WELL OF COURSE GLORY GLORY MAN UTD WON! Hahaha wes brown and 2 other people (According to rohit. i was watching Take the lead cause i didnt even bother watching the match BECAUSE i knew manutd would win HANDS DOWN)

Alright man. (anyway, germs is trying out her presentation skills in my room now to me, cherie and ben. reminds me of emceeing days. kinda miss it now. NOT hahaha)

Today was spent slacking. went to watch the guys play basketball and now i'm back. Am waiting to use the bloody dryer cause i don't have anymore clothes to wear and people are dryer-hogging! So frustrating.

Okay i realise i'm babbling. School starts tmr and it's absolutely a bore.

Heard 'Em Say

Really am supposed to be studying for Australian Studies now. I'm just simply too 'relaxed' to be worried.

Well, Guess what. Ben, Tuvshin, Cherie and I stayed up until around 4am last night just talking. Haha It's weird because we talked about, well, what my friends back home and i talk about.

Anyway, Econs paper today was alright, i guess? The first 2 sections - MCQ & SAQ were okay, but for my essay i think i didn't do as well. My thoughts were, honestly, not very organised. Lack of sleep. Haha excuses

So after the paper i was so hungry cherie and i walked over to macdonalds for lunch. They have cheeseburger, double cheeseburgers and triple cheeseburgers. BUT their double cheeseburgers are like the normal sized cheeseburgers in Singapore! So yeah. AND WHO SAYS WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE KETCHUP. It's free :D But they have no chilli.

Came back and because we were so drained, we fell asleep. 1 hour beats nothing, i guess.

Haha English paper in the morning tmr so i gta sleep early tonight! And then i have australian studies later in the afternoon at 1-2pm.

*pulls at my hair* HATE STUDYING.

Economics paper tmr. Am not panicking yet. It seems like nothing as compared to O'lvls.
Is that good or bad? I'm worried that i'm not worrying.

Oh well. That seems like the case all the time, isn't it?

Anyway, the past week has been tiring. I've been studying. Okay fine. Reading. I've been concentrating in class so it's easier. Unlike in Sg where i spend half the time talking/doodling in my handbook/sleeping/daydreaming.

I am drained now. Well, quite, but my paper starts at 1pm so i guess that's alright. Room mate and everyone else is studying Extremely hard and i suppose that by itself should be a wake up call already! HOW!

Oh. Easter's coming up and on Thurs, which is the last day of my exams (except media) we're planning to watch Step up2! It looks ten times better than step up in terms of dance :D
And on friday, we're gna go for the Royal Easter Show.

Yeah, well for the next 3 days though, it's STUDY MY ASS OFF.

I'm so drained now.

Well, it's almost dinner time (in like 3 minutes) and i've been studying for the past hour and a half.
See, i actually do study okay.

After dinner i'll come back here and try to start on my A.S essay and start preparing for exams next week.
It's so tiring. But yea i'll find strength in the Lord.

Most of you are proably slacking and all i can say is, ENJOY IT. Because it won't last. My paradise lasted for about five seconds and then i got sucked back to reality.

You have stolen my heart

I'm just going to continue studying in a minute or so.
Well, i realised i haven't been blogging all that often. Stuff's been pretty alright around here.

On Sunday night, a group of us went down to Acer Arena for the Hillsong's new live album recording. All i can say is that IT WAS AWESOME. Probably even more awesome than Incubus, nevermind that everyone said it was great. I mean, the recording wasn't a recording. It was more than that. It was just...overwhelming. Yeah words will probably do injustice to the real thing so yeah.

What else has been happening? I have tests next week. It's something like CA1 actually. And guess what. I've actually been studying, if you can call what i do studying.

Okay, most of you are absolutely clueless about the subjects i take, so here goes:

1. English (for arts) - For now, we're doing referencing (which is like biblography. Extremely tedious and very boring. But hey apparently plagerism is a huge thing here). Summary is also huge here and i must say i like the summaries here as compared to the one i did in Singapore. Hahaha not much essays yet, because all i want is piles of essays :D

2. Media and Communications - Nope, no radio, or TV, or even much writing. What I'm doing now is actually very theory-based. It's All theories. Very in-depth. You may find it boring but i find it quite interesting actually. Intriguing may be a better word. But yes, i have a topic assignment so that'll be something i gta work on soon.

3. Economics - Ahh this. Most people in the JC Experience will probably be doing this. Same stuff i guess. So yeah, doing microeconomics now.

4. Foundations of Social Science - You guys probably have No Idea what subject it is. Basically, the study of human behaviour is considered a Science. It's not so much psychology but i really like it. Like, studying the nature vs nurture debate. Studying adolescences. Studying about twins and stuff. May consider this in university but the only problem is you can't be biased. And you can't be too drawn to it. It's like science, minus the facts. Just hell loads of theories and concepts. Oh, we gta study famous people too - Like Piaget and Eric Erikson and Max Weber. All the people who started this sociology thing.

5. Australian Studies - Probably the most boring subject on my list. It's basically a combination of history, geography and a little Social studies thrown into it. I don't hate-HATE it but it's also very abstract. It's totally different from Singapore.

So that's it. Five subjects which i hope i'll come to like. Total arts student if you realise. Not one bit of maths or science in it. Many people have told me to at least take maths but i know what i want. My subject combination may be rigid and not diverse, but arts is fantastic. As Mario (my crazy english teacher says) - Arts students are the craziest and the best.
He can say that, cause he does maths too. Haha

So yea. Like i said, life's been alright. Everyday's the same routine. And the weeks and days REALLY just fly by. It's like a madtrain or smethg. Hahaha

Well, i hope you guys have been enjoying yourselves! Sydney is fantastic but i reckon Singapore's still as awesome as ever, hey?

Hey mates. It's 12+pm here and i just did some hmwk. Decided to crawl back into bed and use the net.
So far, stuff's been pretty happening around taylors house hahaha but still, same old same old for me.
Gta stop going out and spending money! I totally crossed my budget already and it's only a month.

So what's up with you guys! I feel so not attached to any of you anymore. Heard there was a indonesian terrorist or some sort over that sunny island and i didn't even get that information from the papers or something. Feeling totally out of it.

Well time passes really quickly around here. The days and weeks just fly by. It's good and bad.
And i've my first real tests next week and the week after that. It's also pretty pressurising here, because everyone just studies and studies and does their homework.

Yeah life's pretty much like that over here.

So. I'll probably go for Madigras later. It's a gay parade held anually in Sydney which is the world's 3 largest city for Gays.

Dumb. But yeah, just wna go check stuff out.

So people, if you're talking to me, TELL ME TO SAVE MONEY.

Am totally broke already.
