Anyway bio was alright. It seems like after every paper i'll be telling myself, "see la worry for what!"
haha after bio went to eat with angeline and kal at KFC
They were dissing people as usual &this guy ate like THREE set meals!
Was walking to backgate bus stop and theng hui joined us

Everytime i read the deathly hallows and i get to the part where Voldemort kills snape without any concern and guilt, and harry gets the memory from snape and looks at snape's memories through the penseive, i always feel my heart beating fast.
Half-blood prince left all of us thinking that snape was a total betrayer but then you read the last few chapters of the deathly hallows, and we go WHAT! Haha yea
Like, imagine how harry's feeling. After everything, all the hatred and all, it turns out that snape's really on his side.
It's really quite sad isn't it?

Anyway you can like, stop reading now. Because im gna like just 'discuss' about HP books. i know, how boring. but sue me, won't you? (:

The Deathly hallows talk so much about the past few books.

In the beginning where harry's aunt and uncle and dursley is prepared to leave the house for their safety, and Petunia realises that she's the last one to be left in the house with harry and she wanted to say something but could not say it. Her sister died in the hands of the most evil wizards of all time, and although she despised the wizarding world, deathly hallows bring us back to when she just maybe, wanted a place in hogwarts when she wrote to Dumbledore (who replied most kindly)

Philosopher's stone
James and Snape despised each other the very first time they met, very much like draco and harry.
The mirror of Erised that Harry saw showed his family, and in the D.hallows, before he walked to his own death, he also saw his parents with help from the resurrection stone, inlcuding sirius and lupin.
Norbert (dragon) is actually Norberta and the dragon gets them into trouble, while in the last book, a dragon gets them out of it.

Harry first meets Voldemore in the forbidden forest, when he sees voldemort drinking unicorn's blood to sustain his life. He also surrenders himself in the forbidden forest where voldemort is at the height of his power, what with the elder wand and all.
Voldemort posseses quirell and in the chamber of secrets, Quirell burns upon touching harry, just like when Voldemort could not bear to possess harry in the order of phoenix.

Chamber of secrets
In the second book, Dobby the house elf first met harry when he tried to warn him against going back to Hogwarts. It seems that dobby is always a great help, but he sadly got stabbed by Bellatrix's silver knife when he tries to rescue harry potter. This part always leaves me feeling sad and the part about the fact that dobby should have as grand a funeral as dumbledore always strikes me.

Colin Creevy who worships the ground harry walked on, died in the last book. His death may not be as significant as dumbledore's or lupin's, but it still hit me la.

Also, they already mentioned one horcrux in that book, which is Tom Riddle's dairy who posseses ginny. Tom Marvolo Riddle (Anagram! I Am Lord Voldemort), it seems, always uses Hagrid. Hagrid was being expelled for the attacks when the chamber was first open, and at the end, he's also the one to be captured.

Prisoner of Azkaban
I don't really like book 3, which i find rather boring. Lol Hermione and Ron, though have been arguing since forever, though in book 3, with the crookshanks and disappearance of Scabbers, their friendship went plummeting down down down
Professor Trelawny apparently only has 2 prophecies that actually came true - one about harry being the one to defeat the dark lord and the other, about peter pettigrew returning to his 'master' that night.
Harry saves Peter pettigrew, and peter pettigrew killed himself in the end, as predicted.

The patronus that harry casts to chase away the dementors is a stag, and harry thinks that it's his dead father. Similarly, the patronus taking the form of a doe leads harry and ron to want to believe that it was cast by Dumbledore, who is already dead. Also, the doe is actually snape's patronus, which in fact, is memory of Lily.

Goblet of Fire
I especially like the books from Goblet of fire onwards.
Ron is jealous of harry and thinks he cheated when harry got into the triwizard competition. Ron is constantly being in the background, like when he looked into the mirror of Erised and sees himself being better than his brothers and when he was about to stab the horcrux (locket) after rescuing harry. However, his chess skills is like perfecto and Tonks praised him, saying that he managed to stun one of the death eaters while escaping in the beginning of book 7. ('always the tone of surprise)
Dobby helps harry, and so does moaning myrtle. Harry realises snape's a death eater when he looks at dumbledore's pensieve and suspects him even more. It is also at dumbledore's pensieve when he realises the whole truth.
Fawke's tears saved Harry in book 2 and also in book 4 and 7, due to the wand connections. Whatever happened to fawkes though, J.K.Rowling never says.
Fleur meets bill in this book, dates him in the order of pheonix, and marries him in deathly hallows.

Order of Pheonix
This is my favourite-st book and i don't know if i like this book better of Deathly hallows

In this book, Umbridge tries to fire trelawny and macgonall who apparently dislikes trelawny but goes to help her anyway.

Umbridge's methods of detention makes harry turn away from the ministry, showing the minister of magic the scars on his wrists twice in two different books -I Must Not Tell Lies

Occlumency is never potter's strength and in the last book, he gives up trying. Instead, he wants to see into voldemort's mind. It is also admitted in book 7 that though harry tells his friends (hermione in particular) that he hates the connection between voldemort, he actually treasures it because it has helped him save mr weasley but has led to sirius' death

One question bothers me: Is umbridge plain sadistic, or is she a death eater? She has never openly supported voldemort, but she also does not fail to use illegal and cruel methods like the cruciatus curse.

Sirius dies with a laugh, and Bellatrix dies the same, mocking way when mrs weasley kills her. Amusingly, Fred dies the same way, with a laugh.

Sirius is the first in his family not to be a slytherien. His brother, Regulas, though in slytherein and later one of voldemort's followers, actually died trying to 'do something against' voldemort. In snape's memories, dumbledore asks him if 'we sorted too early' and i think this sentence also does just to regulas.

I think the most significant part of this book is the end, when dumbledore tells harry about the prophecy trelawny made and that voldemort chose to mark harry as his equal and not neville
Luna lovegood is really good though she's never mentioned in the first few books. I really like her spunk and her carefree spirit. Especially when she does the commentary for a quidditch competition!(in half blood prince i think)

Oh and i read that Rowling wanted to kill arthur weasley at first, but then backed down and killed sirius instead.

Half blood prince
Snape is probably the main character here, being the half blood prince.
He's obviously a good actor, and a very good wizard too, coming up with spells like sectumspetra and levicorpus. He even gets voldemort to trust him and hides his real feelings from him.

The position as the defence against the arts teacher is 'cursed' (i think ron said this haha)
First quirell who died, Gilderoy Lockhart goes mad, Lupin who resigns, Alastor moody who apparently was a fake and Umbridge who went all funny. Snape is this book's defence against the dark arts teacher but after this book, gets promoted to be headmaster.

Dumbledore says that voldemort may have split his soul into seven parts to achieve immortality, with a 7th piece in his own body. Seems like voldemort really really really wants power huh. However, there are in fact, 8 horcruxes - one in voldemort, slytherein's locket, Hufflepuff's cup, ravenclaw's diadem, nagini, tom riddle's diary, marvolo gaunt's ring. The last and final one, is harry potter himself.
Harry dates ginny, ron and hermoine's feeligs for each other grows and becomes more obvious and they marry respectively.
Harry looks forward to bill and fleur's wedding as mentioned in the last chapter in this book. However, in deathly hallows, he wanted to skip it. The irony.

Rowling became pregnant with her third child during the writing of this book, and often joked about them racing each other into the world. For this reason, the book has this dedication:
To Mackenzie,
my beautiful daughter,
I dedicate
her ink and paper twin

Deathly Hallows
Nothing much because you all probably know the story. Anyway i read about Rowling admitting that Dumbledore is GAY and i decided to do some research
(extract: http://www.wikipedia.com/)

1. Harry becomes an Auror for the Ministry of Magic, and is later appointed head of the department. He keeps Sirius's motorcycle, which Arthur Weasley repaired for him, but he can no longer speak Parseltongue after Voldemort's soul fragment inside him was destroyed (it'd be good is he can and passes it on to his son, Albus severus. Twist)

2. Ginny Weasley plays for the Holyhead Harpies Quidditch team for a time, leaves to establish a family with Harry and later becomes the lead Quidditch correspondent for the Daily Prophet.

3. Ron Weasley works at George's store for a time, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, then joins Harry as an Auror.

4. Hermione finds her parents in Australia and removes the memory modification charm she put on them.(hahaha) She initially works for the Ministry of Magic in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, greatly improving life for house elves and their ilk. She later moves to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and assists in eradicating oppressive, pro-pureblood laws.

5. Dumbledore's friendship with Gellert Grindelwald extended to unrequited love, which may have initially blinded him to the extent of Grindlewald's schemes.(at least it was unrequited but this shocked me. Dumbledore! GAY! my impression of him is super tainted!)

Rowling also explained the fates of several secondary characters:

1. George Weasley continues his successful joke shop and names his first child Fred, in memory of his late twin brother.

2. Luna Lovegood searches the world for odd and unique creatures. She eventually marries Rolf, a grandson of the famed naturalist, Newt Scamander. Her father's publication, The Quibbler, has returned to its usual condition of "advanced lunacy" and is appreciated for its unintentional humour.

3. Dolores Umbridge is arrested, interrogated, and imprisoned for crimes against Muggle-borns.
4. Cho Chang went on to marry a Muggle. (cedric, harry, then a muggle. Well done cho chang! -.-)

5. Neville Longbottom eventually marries Hannah Abbott (whattttttt) and lives in a flat above the Leaky Cauldron, when she becomes its new landlady.

There have been transformations in the wider wizarding world:

1. Kingsley Shacklebolt is the permanent Minister for Magic, (we saw this coming la) with Percy Weasley working under him as a high official. Among the reforms introduced by Shacklebolt, Azkaban no longer uses Dementors. Consequently, the world is now a "much sunnier place". (LOL)Harry, Ron, and Hermione have also been instrumental in reforming the Ministry.

2. At Hogwarts, Slytherin House has become more diluted and is no longer the pureblood bastion it once was, although its dark reputation lingers.

3. Voldemort's jinx on the Defence Against the Dark Arts (DADA) position is broken with his death. There is now a permanent DADA teacher.

4. A portrait of Snape, who briefly served as Hogwarts Headmaster, does not appear in the headmaster's office as he abandoned his post. Harry ensures the addition of Snape's portrait, and publicly reveals Snape's steadfastness. (how nice. naming his son after him too.)

okay this is way too long but its to analyse (KAL!) and destress.
I think.
Chimos!
I wna go shopping tmr!
