Anyway, i happened to come across Emma Watson's official friendster site or smethg
and then i went on to her official website.
no doubt, she's pretty. but i must say her beauty's not the typical fiona xie kind of beauty
there's just smethg about her, but you can't put your finger on it. or at least, i can't.
if charles dickens or jane austen [hey i read classics too okay! im not all murder mystery and vampires. HA right.] were to write a book about emma watson, they'd probably describe her as 'handsome'. i would too.

Well, what i Really wna say is that she is super lucky!
okay maybe its not luck. after all, she is pretty much a superb actor, especially in HP, but i'll save that for later.

if you view her friendster site, you see her in TONNES of chanel dresses! plus she goes to coco chanel's very own apartment.(!!!!)

Come on, we'd DIEEEEE to have this kind of priviledge! its coco chanel hello. i mean, i think we'll all just settle to be in Dona Karen's apartment. i'd die okay. of happiness and pure bliss of course HAHA
&i won't say she looks fabulous in every picture(friendster) espeically the blue dress. its very london fashion - loud and wild and blows your mind. the dress is good, but it just doesnt suit her (i'll probably get spammers and hate mail frm now on just by saying this LOL)

oh and she has a younger brother - 14 this year i think. Not bad looking, but still young. The kind that melts every girls heart when he flashes his best smile. haha

So i think her first major role is Hermione Granger in the HP series (hello crookshanks haha)
She IS good. plays the most of the parts of hermione well; smartass, irritating sometimes, know-it-all kinda person.
But then again, in J.K Rowling's books, hermione is much more insecure (apparently about her intelligence even) and is not as flawless as how the movies potray her as.
Film Critics (read this somewhere) also said that she was too pretty for her character(hmm)

And in the first 2 movies, hermione wasnt as pretty as she is now (COCO CHANEL! who wouldnt be pretty! you'd be so happy you look ten times prettier la) /plain looking -as described in the book, neither pretty nor ugly. Simply, she's normal (&muggle born)

I'm telling you, no guy i've ever met has told me about how pretty she is before the 3rd/4th movie onwards! (sheesh. and then when she gets in a dress and her hair's less bushy - they all fall on their faces and worship her. I Repeat : SHEESH)

Before that, everyone's like, 'she's irritating.' &the girls go, 'danniieeelll!' [FYI daniel's too short. love his eyes. but then it stops right there.]

But despite her looks, before or after the transformation, she is indeed a powerful character, even more so in the movie.
I mean, come on, without her, Harry would probably have died already. After all, harry's not trained &ron weasley's, erm, not quite there yet in the first movie.

Overall, i think she's great.
[ I Might Be affected by their clipped, precise british accents (that i absolutely adore) ]

I mean How can you find their accents irritating! (it is irritating when the accent's get Too thick)
